As a Product Operations Specialist, you will be at the core of managing and optimizing the ongoing influx of requests. You will take a proactive approach to reviewing and prioritizing daily tasks, ranging from ad-hoc list requests to investigations to onboarding and acquisition tasks for small to medium dealers. A key part of your role will involve identifying tedious and error-prone processes and working with Product Management or engineering teams to automate or streamline them. You will also contribute to the Revenue team by providing detailed ad-hoc reports and blueprints for attribution reporting. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in managing third-party integrations and supporting chat starter creation and reporting.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage & Prioritize Requests: Oversee the daily influx of configuration requests, refining and prioritizing them based on urgency and business needs.
- Ad-hoc List Requests & Task Management: Handle various list requests and onboarding/acquisition tasks for small to medium-sized dealers, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Data Investigations & Automation: Conduct in-depth data investigations and identify repetitive, time-consuming tasks that can be automated. Work with Product Managers to develop the necessary tools for automation.
- Ad-hoc Reporting for Revenue Teams: Support the Revenue team by generating tailored reports, including creating blueprints for attribution reporting to ensure data is properly tracked and attributed.
- Twilio Work & Integration: Manage Twilio-related tasks, including configuration, investigation, and ongoing improvements to ensure seamless communication flows.
- Chat Starter Creation & Optimization: Create, tag, edit, and manage chat starters. Monitor and report on their effectiveness through ad-hoc reporting, identifying opportunities for improvement.
You will be successful in this role if you:
- Are highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Have experience working with operational processes and are comfortable with task management tools.
- Possess a strong understanding of automation, and can identify areas of improvement in operational workflows.
- Are proficient in data analysis, with a focus on reporting and supporting revenue-related initiatives.
- Have some experience with communication tools like Twilio and are comfortable troubleshooting or investigating issues.
- Are comfortable with both repetitive and high-level tasks, jumping in to tackle whatever comes your way.
