We’re seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Contract and Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll support our finance and business operations by following established procedures to run reports, prepare quotes, communicate with partners, and collaborate with our international accounting teams. This position does not require deep accounting expertise but does require comfort with systems, reporting, and communication across teams and languages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run reports and compile data to support payroll, VAT, and other accounting needs, particularly for coordination with our bookkeepers in Israel.
  • Accounts Payable—manage vendor setup in bill.com and coordinate with Israel bookkeepers to ensure timely payments.
  • Accounts Receivable—prepare Israel invoices and send to customers, send weekly collection emails for both Israel and non-Israel invoices, and coordinate with both US staff and Israel bookkeepers to ensure that records in each country align.
  • Prepare quotes and assist in the contract renewal process.
  • Serve as a point of contact for vendors and partners; respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Ensure all documentation and processes follow established internal procedures.
  • Assist with contract tracking, status updates, and related administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate and timely flow of financial and contract-related information.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Bilingual in English and Hebrew – excellent written and verbal communication in both languages is required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including working with formulas, filters, and basic data analysis.
  • Comfortable interacting with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow structured procedures and reporting formats.
  • Prior experience in AP/AR roles or working with finance teams is helpful but not required.
  • Proficient in using spreadsheets, reports, and digital tools (e.g., Google Sheets, CRMs).
  • High level of reliability, responsiveness, and energy in a remote or hybrid work environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across time zones, especially with teams in Israel.

Nice to Have:
  • Familiarity with contract administration or legal document workflows.
  • Experience with quoting or procurement systems.
  • Background in working with international or distributed teams.
