Role Overview:
As an Onboarding Coordinator at Portnox, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration and adoption of our product by new customers. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual who possesses exceptional project management skills. Your primary responsibilities will involve coordinating the onboarding process, working closely with both internal engineering teams and external customers, ensuring that our customers successfully implement our solutions in a timely and efficient manner and reporting on the status of onboarding projects to management at regular intervals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management: Act as a central point of contact for both customers and internal engineering teams, coordinating and tracking the progress of onboarding projects to meet deadlines and milestones. Ensure calls are scheduled and progress toward the onboarding plan is achieved.
2. Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with support and guidance throughout the onboarding process. Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
3. Process Optimization: Continuously improve the Proof of Concept and Onboarding processes by identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies and implementing solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
4. Technical Understanding: Develop an understanding of Portnox products and their capabilities. This will foster effective communication of status updates and provide you with a holistic view of the customer journey between Proof of Concept and Onboarding.
5. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and customer communication records.
6. Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address any challenges or obstacles that may arise during the onboarding process, working collaboratively with customers, engineering, and support to find solutions.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Extremely detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Customer-centric mindset and a desire to ensure our customers are using our product to full capabilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software is a plus.
