Job Description
The RevOps Specialist - Growth Operations will be responsible for supporting the management of the sales process, sales pipeline, sales forecast, and deal desk operations. Itential’s growth operation is very driven by systems (primarily Salesforce) and processes. Your job will be work with Sales Management and the RevOps team to support and evolve the implementation of our sales process and ensure that Sales Management and other constituents have the information that they need to maximize the company’s sales performance.
About You
The most important success factors for this role are (1) an ability to learn a wide variety of business, financial and technical concepts and (2) a strong attention to detail in the projects that you work on. The RevOps team at Itential is focused on building automated solutions to operate the entire revenue lifecycle, and automation (with or without AI) requires precision and thorough design.
In this role, you will become an expert user of Salesforce and AWS Quicksight (BI). You will become knowledgeable of the data models that describe Itential’s customers, sales opportunities, products, contracts, orders, quotes, etc. You will work directly with technical team members that configure and customize the various systems that we use to manage the business. Additionally, you will become an expert in our sales process and the various business processes that surround it.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Ownership of the Deal Desk
- Quoting / bundling / discounting
- Pricing change management
- Booking review & approval
- Contract / legal process coordination (for new customer contracts)
- Coordination of new contract negotiation
- Contract data management
- SOW process management (Professional Services sales)
- Design and implement quality control mechanisms to ensure pipeline and forecast integrity
- Manage and maintain account territory assignment
- Sales commission reporting
- Sales performance analysis and reporting (in collaboration with RevOps engineering team members)

Requirements
- Experience with Salesforce (as a user), any BI platform and Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of standard legal and financial documents (including NDA, MSA, quotes, invoices, purchase orders)
- Functional awareness and ability to learn to use various enterprise software / systems (CRM, sales automation tools, ERP, BI tools, etc.
- Ability to accurately document business processes, build operational models and design QA/QC programs for different business processes
- Ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of technical and business expertise
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or commensurate experience
Location: Candidates in the Atlanta metro area are preferred, however remote applicants within the US will be considered.
