About the Role

As a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Foresite, you're not just managing accounts—you're leading the charge in cloud-native security. You'll be the trusted advisor and strategic partner for our top-tier enterprise clients, guiding them on their security transformation journey. If you're passionate about cutting-edge technology, thrive on client collaboration, and have a knack for turning security challenges into opportunities, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Way: Guide enterprise clients through the adoption and optimization of Google SecOps solutions, ensuring they achieve their security objectives and maximize their ROI.
  • Strategic Partner: Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business goals and translating them into actionable security roadmaps.
  • Technical Expert: Provide expert guidance on Google SecOps, including Chronicle SIEM, Siemplify SOAR, and, addressing technical challenges and driving successful implementations.
  • Collaboration Catalyst: Orchestrate collaboration between clients, Foresite's engineering and support teams, and Google Cloud to ensure seamless integration and ongoing success.
  • Proactive Champion: Anticipate client needs, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively develop solutions to ensure a smooth and impactful security journey.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of best practices, knowledge sharing, and process improvements to elevate Foresite's Google SecOps practice

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in customer success, project management, or technical account management, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.
  • Strong understanding of security principles, SIEM, and SOAR concepts.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to learn and grow.
  • Experience with Google SecOps, Chronicle Backstory, Siemplify SOAR, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.
