Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting and finance activities including the preparation, maintenance, and reconciliation of general ledger accounts, bank statements, and financial statements.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports and provide ongoing financial analysis
• Oversee monthly-end close
• Create and collect accounts receivable invoices
• Run Monthly Payroll
• Review and maintain all accounts payable, vendor payments, company expense tracking system, and corporate credit cards
• Standardize and maintain a system of accounting records and techniques
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations and in accordance to GAAP
• Serve as primary contact for external auditors
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years accounting experience
• Sage Intacct experience
• Bill.com experience
• BS Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Must be highly self-motivated, organized, and detailed oriented
• Excellent time management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time and prioritize tasks
