As the Director of Revenue Enablement, you will play a critical role in driving our company's revenue growth by leading the strategy, development, and execution of all revenue-generating programs. You will be a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the go-to-market function.

You are highly skilled at educating and energizing sales teams to perform at maximum effectiveness, inspiring teams to exceed revenue and pipeline goals. You are responsible for creating a sales enablement strategy, compelling content, building playbooks, and developing training that is highly impactful and immediately effective. You are a master at curating content and learning curriculum from leaders and subject matters across the business. This is a strategic, individual contributor role and a key part of our growth strategy.

  • Develop, implement and own a comprehensive revenue enablement strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Create, manage and measure sales onboarding for all sales roles, ensuring new team members quickly achieve performance objectives.
  • Identify skills and knowledge gaps across the revenue team and design targeted training programs to address them.
  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of the sales curriculum, content, and tools.
  • Use formal learning techniques, coaching, and 1:1s to educate sales teams about products, messaging, sales process, sales techniques, and tools.
  • Work closely with first line sales managers to create programs they can deploy with their teams.
  • Collaborate with departments to provide content and updates to sales teams on product, process, and everything sales teams need as part of ongoing training & preparedness.
  • Be able to build business cases and presentations that highlight the financial impact of sales productivity initiatives.
  • Implement and manage revenue enablement technologies (e.g., LMS, CRM) to streamline processes and improve team performance.
  • Partner with Marketing to develop effective lead nurturing and qualification programs.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure a seamless handoff from Sales and ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Coach and mentor revenue team members to continuously improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of revenue enablement programs and make adjustments as needed.
